Planned / reactive Maintenance and 24 Hour Emergency response is a service available through our associated company CMB Maintenance Ltd who are located in Cardiff.

CMB Maintenance Services was created to provide responsible parties, landlords and owners a single source for all aspects of reactive and planned preventative works.

 

Our team consists of Gas Safe service engineers, an NICEIC accredited team of electricians and plumbers, access controls, CCTV and Air Conditioning engineers. We also boast a comprehensive team of specialist sub contractors that include Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Water Services and Risk Assessments to name but a few.

 

If you require a service that is not mentioned here or that we have not used in the past we will use our experience and endeavour to source a specialist for you.
