“We strive to build relationships with our clients rather than merely having transactions” - Lee Chapman
Lee joined the industry in 1987 signing a 5 year Student Apprenticeship with Crown House Engineering. Successful spells with Lorne Stewart and NG Bailey followed this working in various Senior Roles.

In 2011, he joined the CMB Family in the Bristol Office as an Electrical Director to help raise the Business Profile, enhance Growth and Turnover in the local area. Up until this time the Business was traditionally Mechanical only so to be part of development of a true self delivering M&E offering has made the challenge exciting and appealing.

Lee’s expertise lies in Cost Planning and Pre-Construction areas of the Business, having worked over 25 Year’s in this area he has gained vast experience and an ability to identify and implement Innovative Design Solutions always keeping an eye on Cost, Quality and Project Timescales. This ability is extremely useful when exploring value engineering options as the time take to explore elements in detail means an prompt decision can be taken on the feasibility of numerous options to then focus on the most effective.

Lee’s other interests include Motorcycling with several European trips made and Football, he is a lifelong Bristol City Supporter and has been involved in coaching his youngest son’s Local Youth Teams from U7’s to U16’s which finished in 2017. CMB have also been a part of this with sponsorship of the Teamwear – maintaining the Company ‘Investing in Local Sport’ ethos.
