PERSONAL PROFILE

Richard started his career as an apprentice with Crown House Technologies. Following completion of the 4 year apprenticeship programme, he was keen to progress, so quickly moved on to complete a HNC in Building Services Engineering which allowed him to progress into a Project Supervisor role. After gaining more experience in project delivery, Richard was given the opportunity to move into the role of Mechanical Project Engineer. He joined CMB in 2016 as a mechanical engineer / contracts manager.

Richard has worked on a wide variety of projects during his career; from MOD projects to Hospitals and offices.

He strives to provide the best quality and value for our clients whilst ensuring timely completion of projects within budget. Richard is known for having a reasonable and fair approach, whilst always aiming to be as helpful as possible to maintain and develop relationships with our clients.

Other interests include restoring Volkswagens, home improvements and being a busy husband and dad to three daughters.
