MEP Hire & Broughton Plant Sponsor CMB Apprentices With Brand New Tools

CMB have always prided themselves on our long-running apprenticeship programme and the countless fantastic employees that have gone on to work with us full time from this scheme. The success of these apprentices has been showcased through the variety of awards many of them have gone on to win over the years.

We recently wanted to acknowledge 3 of our fourth-year apprentices who have continued to make an impact on this industry and are proudly representing CMB in the competitions and tournaments they participate in – and with the help of some very generous sponsors, as well as Sid Isaacs, CMB Apprentice Training Manager and David Williams, CMB HSEQ Manager, we were able to achieve this.

Sophie Seviour and Molly Andreou have been with CMB since 2019 and are competing in this year’s Women’s National South HIP Heats on February 28th. The top 3 contenders from this competition will then go forward to compete in the National Competition in March. MEP Hire very kindly sponsored both ladies with brand new toolkits ahead of their competitions which will be used in preparation for the event and while competing. It was very clear from Sophie and Molly’s expressions that they were overjoyed with the gifts, which were presented by MEP Accounts Manager, Rhys Thompson and Sales Director, Jamie Warrington.

Nathan Kelly, who has been with CMB since 2019 and has recently won Welsh HIP Learner of the Year, has secured himself a place to compete in the Grand UK Final at the Worcester Bosch HQ this April. Nathan has been achieving some great things recently and another close client of CMB’s, Broughton Plant Hire & Sales, wanted to highlight Nathan’s accomplishments by sponsoring him also with a brand-new toolkit as a congratulations for his achievements. Nathan is pictured below being presented his new toolkit by Broughton Area Sales Manager, Paul Isaacs, and commented on how much it meant to see organisations go out of their way to sponsor and support young apprentices like him.

Congratulations once again to Nathan for his big win and the best of luck to both Sophie and Molly in their upcoming events! A very special thank you goes to both MEP Hire and Broughton Hire for generously sponsoring these three dedicated and hardworking apprentices. It’s gestures like these which can go a long way for young people making a name for themselves in the industry.
