THE JOB:
Are you seeking to pursue a career in a busy office environment? We are looking to strengthen our Team with a Receptionist / Office Administrator based in Cardiff.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing receptionist duties in our recently renovated Reception facility. If you like providing a friendly welcome atmosphere and a positive Front of House environment, then please get in touch.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes but not limited to)
Answer telephone calls and connect to the appropriate department / contact.
General administrative duties – typing / printing / photocopying / scanning documents.
Uploading and downloading documents.
Dealing with all incoming general enquires emails.
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.
Meet and Greet Visitors and Clients.
Signing for deliveries and issuing to appropriate member of staff.
Arrange for outgoing deliveries to be collected via a delivery courier.
Booking Meeting Rooms when requested.
Ordering of general office supplies and stationery and maintain stocks weekly.
Support with processing Purchase Orders for general materials for site projects.
Support with processing Delivery Notes on completed orders for payment processing.
Arrange callouts for office maintenance and maintain records.
Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
Any other administrative duties the Company may reasonably request.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Passionate and motivated about Front of House / Customer Service.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel / Word / Outlook).
Good communication skills.
Friendly positive attitude and ability to work with other members of the team.
Willing to take the initiative to resolve a problem.
Willingness to develop own career.
